The Secretary-General of the South Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM) party, Peter Lam Both, has arrived in Addis Ababa to attend the Prosperity Party's second general congress.
Upon his arrival at Bole International Airport, he was welcomed by Dr. Kassahun Gofe, Minister of Trade and Regional Integration; Ambassador Birtukan Ayano, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; and Dr. Abdi Zenbe, Deputy Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Institute.He has also visited Unity Park.
The Prosperity Party's second general congress, themed "From Word to Deed," will be held in Addis Ababa from January 31st to February 2, 2025. Representatives from various partner organizations from different countries are arriving in Addis Ababa to participate.
High-level representatives from sister parties in neighboring countries and BRICS member states are expected to attend the congress.
