Austrian investors are invited to capitalize on the exciting new business opportunities that have emerged in Ethiopia, thanks to the country's ongoing macroeconomic reforms.
The invitation came as Ethiopian State Minister for Foreign Affairs Ambassador Mesganu Arga discussed on Wednesday with Special Envoy of the Federal Chancellor of Austria for Global Affairs, Ambassador Peter Launsky.
Ambassador Mesganu noted that Ethiopia and Austria enjoy longstanding historical relations.
He also expressed Ethiopia’s keenness to enhance its relations with Austria in trade and investment spheres.
The Special Envoy on his part appreciated the ongoing macro-economic reforms and expressed his country's interest to further enhance its wide-ranging relations with Ethiopia.
The two sides have also agreed to work more closely on regional and global affairs of shared interest.
