His arrival at Bole International Airport was marked by a warm reception from high-ranking Ethiopian officials, including Ambassador Abraham Mengistu, Deputy Director-General of European and American Affairs, and Aziza Geleta (PhD) Director General of Protocol Affairs.

This visit comes at a crucial time as both nations seek to enhance cooperation in various sectors, including trade, education, and health.

Minister Rodríguez is scheduled to hold discussions with Ethiopian leaders to explore opportunities for collaboration and mutual support.
