The leadership of Ethiopian Airlines, in conjunction with the Immigration and Citizenship Services and Customs Commission, has pledged to join forces to swiftly address and rectify instances of passenger mistreatment at Bole International Airport.

Acknowledging the regrettable incidents that tarnished the esteemed reputation of Ethiopian Airlines, the heads of these organizations recognize that such actions overshadow the dedication exhibited by their respective staff over many decades.

The reprehensible behavior of a few irresponsible individuals, resulting in undue hardships for passengers, has been brought to light through social media platforms. Immediate steps are being taken to effectively address and resolve these issues.

Further investigations by Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation (EBC) have revealed the involvement of Immigration, Customs, National Intelligence, and Federal Police personnel in the airport's operations. These entities play crucial roles in maintaining order and security at the airport.

Assuring a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption and passenger mistreatment, the responsible organizations have pledged to collaborate with other stakeholders to implement stringent measures against those found engaging in such misconduct.
