Stepping up to the podium, Agegnew Teshager, leading the Ethiopian delegation, emphasized the pivotal role of this gathering in addressing pressing global issues, ranging from peace and security to economic concerns. He underscored Ethiopia's unwavering commitment to fostering integration across the Horn of Africa, emphasizing economic and infrastructural development alongside efforts to combat terrorism and ensure regional stability.
