Farmers should waste no time to collect ripe harvest lest torrential rain destroy them, according to the Commissioner, who further recommended caution in areas prone to regular landslides as well as those with rocky terrain.
He made the observation that pets and kids ought to be brought inside before it starts to rain.
Along with these measures, the Commission urged the community to get ready for flood drainage sites and take all other required safeguards to ensure that they are safe from the natural catastrophes that are likely to occur in the state.//
