Ethiopian State Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Mesganu Arga, has met with Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahid Jalalzadeh to discuss strengthening bilateral ties.
The two officials explored potential collaborations in key economic sectors, including agriculture, mining, manufacturing, science and technology, food processing, and cement production.
They agreed to establish a joint economic commission to further investigate these opportunities and to expand cooperation within the South-South Cooperation framework, leveraging platforms such as BRICS.
