The Ministry of Defense of the Federal Democratic of Ethiopia and its Ugandan counterpart, the Ministry of Defense and Veteran Affairs (MODVA), signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen their cooperation.
Ethiopia and Uganda have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen their cooperation in military and defense matters.
This agreement aims to enhance information exchange, build military capacity, and collaborate on regional security issues.
Both parties expressed commitment to implementing the MoU effectively.
Ugandan delegation consisting of Defense Minister, Vincent Bamulangaki Ssempijja, and the Chief of Defense Forces, General Wilson Mbasu Mbadi, have arrived in Addis Ababa for an official visit.
