The Ethiopian National Defense Force (ENDF) is providing support to those affected by the earthquake in Afar region, according to Dr. Musa Adam, a member of the command post established in the Gabi Rasu zone, where the earthquake struck.
The ENDF is reportedly rescuing people from affected areas in Awash Fentale and Dulesa districts, saving lives and relocating them to safety using 14 military vehicles. Beyond rescue operations, the ENDF is providing essential supplies like drinking water and other forms of aid. Their efforts also include ensuring the safety and security of the local sugar factory in the area and maintaining overall peace and stability. The ENDF's actions demonstrate their commitment to assisting citizens during times of crisis.
