Ethio Telecom has expanded its 5G network to Bahir Dar, bringing the transformative power of high-speed connectivity to the Northwest Region.
The launch follows the successful introduction of 5G in major cities like Addis Ababa, Adama, Jigjiga, Dire Dawa, and Harar, and their surrounding areas.
TheFastMode reported that residents and businesses in Bahir Dar, particularly in areas such as Kebele-4 Tele, Tana, Bahir Dar University, Ethiopian Electric Power head office, Dib Anbessa Hotel, Bahir Dar Main Market, Avanti, Jakaranda and Kuriftu Hotels, and the Old bus station, can now access 5G mobile network services.
