UN Secretary-General António Guterres has arrived in Addis Ababa, marking the beginning of his visit to Ethiopia.
He was greeted at Bole International Airport by State Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Birtukan Ayano and UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina J. Mohammed.
Guterres' visit will see him participate in the annual meeting of UN and African Union leaders, as well as inaugurate the newly renovated headquarters of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa.
