The Ethiopian Ministry of Finance announced a €4.7 million agreement with the Italian government. Italian Ambassador Agostino Palese and State Minister of Finance Semereta Sewasew signed the deal. The funds, equivalent to 291 million Ethiopian Birr, will support social programs, including health services. The agreement aims to strengthen gender-based violence (SGBV) and mental health psychosocial support (MHPSS) services in conflict-affected regions and Addis Ababa.
