The 10th African School Feeding Day is being held in Harar, Ethiopia.
Following the decision of African leaders to hold African School Feeding Day annually since 2016, this year the 10th African School Meals Day is being celebrated in Harar city.
The day is being celebrated under the theme “Ten Years of School feeding; Celebrating Past Achievements; Ensuring the Future.”
The program is attended by the Head of Harar Region, Ordin Bedri, the Minister of State for General Education Development at the Ministry of Education, Ayelech Eshete, and regional leaders at all levels.
The 9th African School Feeding Day was celebrated last year by the Dire Dawa administration.
