Residents of Jinka City have stated that the corridor development initiated by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (Dr.) under the Jinka City Administration has brought about tangible changes in making the city beautiful and comfortable.
It is recalled that Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (Dr.) recently provided responses and explanations to questions raised by members of parliament during a regular session of the House of Peoples' Representatives.
One of the ideas he raised in his explanation was that the corridor development initiated in cities is bringing about visible changes, and he stated that the development is based on the next generation, beyond today.
Residents of Jinka City also confirmed that the corridor development initiated in their city by the Prime Minister has brought about tangible changes in making the city beautiful and comfortable.
Mohammed Yussuf, a resident of Jinka City, stated that the Prime Minister is someone who demonstrates his words with actions. He mentioned that many projects that consider the next generation have been built through the Prime Minister's initiative, and he highlighted that the corridor development is one of these. He added that the corridor development recently started in Jinka City has enabled the city to become beautiful, attractive, and comfortable for its residents.
Another commentator, Priest Tadele Gebeyehu, on his part, mentioned that the Prime Minister is undertaking works that enhance the country's image through national projects called "Dine for the Nation" and "Dine for Generation." He mentioned that the corridor development is one of the developments initiated by the Prime Minister in their area, and he stated that the corridor development has elevated the growth of Jinka City by one step.
Luel Habtamu, on his part, stated that the Prime Minister's timeless development works, including the corridor development, are inspiring the youth for great endeavors.
The first phase of the corridor development, which covers 5 kilometers including roadside beautification and public recreation areas in Jinka City, and involves the residents, is currently underway, ENA learnt.
