President of the Republic of Djibouti, Ismail Omar Guelleh has sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (Dr.) on his election as chairman of the Prosperity Party.
The President on his social media page stated in his message that Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed's election reflects the Ethiopian people's support for the Prime Minister's vision and leadership.
