Ethiopia is implementing a policy that is more conducive to trade and investment than ever before, said Minister of Trade and Regional Cooperation Kassahun Gofe (PhD).
The Minister received a delegation led by the Vice President of the China Council for International Trade and discussed trade relations and promotion between the two countries.
The Minister stated that Ethiopia is implementing a policy that is more conducive to trade and investment than ever before, noting that he has emphasized the need to have a strong relationship with China in the future.
The Vice President extended an invitation to the Minister to participate in the 3rd World Expo to be organized by China in July.
The minister also posted on his social media page that the Ethiopian business community has reached an agreement to participate in the expo in a way that will enable the business community to utilize the Chinese market.
