President Taye Atske Selassie received and held talks with the United Nations Secretary-General's Special Envoy for Sudan, Ramtani Lamamra, at his office.
According to information from the President's office, President Taye emphasized during the discussion the importance of a Sudanese-led peace process for the country.
The President also assured Lamamra of Ethiopia's commitment to supporting efforts to find a lasting solution to the conflict in Sudan.
