Stakeholder discussions focused on the common benefits and challenges posed by the migration of people living in the Berbera Corridor are underway. It is stated that the discussion will help to create an economic community by ensuring the benefits of the society in connection with the development of the Berbera Corridor.

At the forum, the Somali Regional State president Mustafe Muhammed said, “Berbera Corridor is serving as a gateway for business and investment by facilitating the movement of skilled manpower and job opportunities.”
