Ethiopia and Czech Republic have agreed on the importance of expediting the implementation of the draft agreement for the establishment of the Joint Economic Commission in a bid to enhance the bilateral cooperation in various fields.
The agreement came during a discussion between Ethiopian State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Mesganu Arga and the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, J. Kavalírek on the margins of the Ethio-Czech Republic Political Consultation that was held in Prague.
On the occasion, Ambassador Mesganu emphasized the need to further strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries, particularly in the areas of economy, industry, trade and investment, water and energy, manufacturing, as well as cooperation on defense industries.
