Ethiopia’s Federal Democratic Republic President Taye Atske-Silassie discussed on various bilateral relations with his Uganda’s counterpart Yuweri Museveni in Kampala.
This Bilateral discussion was held on the sideline event while attending Africa Union’s CAADP conference. Both presidents expressed their aspiration regarding Africa’s Agriculture. In order to ensure Africa’s food sovereignty, modernizing Continental Agriculture is crucial issue. Furthermore, Both Ethiopia and Uganda have shared vision as enshrined in Agenda 2063 of the AU, enhancing Africa’s solidarity and cooperation besides mutual cooperation to overcome shared challenges. President Taye and Museveni gives emphasis for faire utilization and conservation of River Abay as per CFA.
