Ethiopia’s Earning of full membership of WorldSkills International will help the country create Industrial Linkages with other countries, said Minister Mufariat Kamil.
Minister of Labor and Skills, Mufariat, said that during the WorldSkills International competition being held in Lyon, France.
It was last July that Ethiopia became the 88th WorldSkills Member.
The minister also said that there are many benefits for Ethiopia to be a full member of the organization which include, but not limited to, acquiring political, economic and social experiences through skills developments
Ethiopia’s talented youngsters are also taking part in the Worldskills competition that is being held in Lyon, France, which will last on September 15, 2024.
1 thousand 400 young people from 70 countries are participating in the competition.
