President Sahle-Work has called on the diaspora community to have stronger links with their homeland to enhance their participation in the overall activities in the country.
The President remarked while discussing with members of the Ethiopian Diaspora Community in Switzerland.
The meeting between the President and the Diaspora Community was held on the sidelines of the 3rd International Cooperation Forum (IC Forum), which has been taking place in Basel.
The president has also emphasized the importance of the need to cultivate a culture of dialogue, contributing share toward maintaining peace.
The President of the Federal Democratic of Ethiopia Sahle-Work Zewde, alongside the President of the Swiss Confederation Viola Amherd, opened the third International Cooperation Forum (IC Forum) over the week in Basel, Switzerland.
