11 people have been killed in a landslide in the South Ethiopia region.
The disaster happened Monday morning in Tepa Kebele, Kawo Koisha District of Wolayta Zone.
Rescuing efforts are underway to evacuate people within the disaster zone.
The district’s Government Communication Affairs Office reported that the bodies of 11 people have been found so far whiled the death toll is likely to rise.
About three hundred people have died in landslide occurred different parts of southern Ethiopia.
