Prime minister Abiy Ahmed and First Lady Zinash Tayachew have visited the landslide victims in Southern Ethiopia.
They have expressed their condolences in person to the families and community of the Gofa Zone, where they also offered hope and encouragement to the grieving people there.
The Prime Minister and the First Lady, together with Former Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn, and other Federal Government officials travelled this morning to the site where they were received by Regional authorities and the grieving community.
